The 16-year-old son of John Travelta, Jett, died today, while in vacation with his family in a hospital in the Bahamas. The reason of death is still unknown, but it has something to do with him being sick, a seizure that led him hitting his head in a bathtub. Sadness! May he rest in peace. (TMZ)

Another sad news. Dr. Dre’s son, Andre Young Jr., died from an overdose of heroin and morphine. He was only 20. (People)

Katy Perry has split with her musician boyfriend Travis McCoy, after spending the holiday in Mexico. They’ve been together for 2 years. McCoy wrote on his blog: “We fight every night, now that’s not kosher. I reminisce with bliss of when we was closer. And wake up to be greeted by an argument again, You act like you’re ten.” (CelebBuzz)

I personally can totally see George Clooney and Paris Hilton together. They are both slutty and they love slutty people. I just wonder what kept them so long. Although they have been some buzzes a few times before that they me be doing it. Maybe they just are FWB. The two met before Christmas and get cozy and all adding to the rumors that they are dating! Angelina Jolie was named top celebrity humanitarian for the second year running in an AlertNet poll. 40 out of the 132 people who took part in the poll, voted for her.
One voter commented: “Jolie’s ‘humanitarian’ life and her real life don’t mix.”
She was honored for going to Afghanistan warzones in October despite the fact that she just gave birth to her twins.

UNHCR spokeswoman Marie, told about Jolie: “She manages to raise the issues on the plight of refugees and IDPs in ways that are very human, simple but poignant. I’m not surprised she won. She has a way of reaching people that is something particular to her. I think she is so moved by the situation herself that it really comes from the heart.”

Mia Farrow, and U2 rocker Bono came second and third.
George Clooney also is voted for his campaigning on Darfur. He also was named a U.N. “messenger of peace” this year.

The least respected celebrity was Madonna, for her adoption of David from Malawi. Here are some of the comments on her:
“How could she adopt a young boy who has a father, rather than supporting the father, so the young boy could stay with his family?”
“Her adoption project sent completely the wrong message about development.”

George Clooney and Matt Damon partied hard in London last night.
They first had dinner at the famous Nobu restaurant , where George gets so drunk that he does something that is very unlike of him; trying to grab a camera of a photog. With his bleary-eyed and being all unsteady, his driver had to lead him to his car.
After that they headed to Whisky Mist nightclub, or as George likes to call it his “club crawl.” They kept on drinking to the end of the night.
I doubt if it did anything to him the day after, but he must have had felt like shit this morning.
His gray old-man mustache and her funny cap were also his company for the night.
I wonder if he picked any good waitress or stripper to spend the rest of night with.
And as for Matt Damon, when he is with George, he becomes invisible to some good degrees.

Ellen DeGeneres had Brad Pitt in her show and they talked about architecture in New Orleans; then she told him she has problem getting George Clooney on the show. She said she did everything she possibly could, but nothing worked.

Ellen: “We need George Clooney…We tried everything. We’ve sent ‘Victoria’s Secret’ models over. We’ve sent Miss America over. We’ve sent Kate Hudson over. …We decorated his bungalow for Halloween. I don’t know what more we can do.”

Brad: “This is your problem … Get a bunch of Chippendales… He’s yours. Three, four - no less than three…make one a blonde.”

Ellen:“We’re going to do it and we’re going to say it’s from you.”

I say button it up George! Nobody is interested in looking at an ugly man’s body. I mean, he looks like an uglier version of Hitler with this new Tom Selleck mustache. It took years to make him sexy, sex symbol, and blah blah blah, and they went on and renewed one of the sexiest Hollywood’s actors as someone who seemingly hasn’t looked in a mirror for years.
I wonder what it is with making the stars ugly for their roles these days. Brad Pitt in Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds” also has the same mustache and looks not like his sexy self. Jessica Alba and Natalie Portman also both photographed on the set of their new movies, looking like some good Amish girls. Maybe the “Ugly Betty”’s motto is turning into on-screen reality:”Ugly is the new beautiful” it is.

David reportedly was so excited that he “walked outside his gate and poured champagne for the paparazzi.”

Brad Pitt and Oprah Winfrey were among the thousands of Obama addressee supporters who gathered along the Chicago’s waterfront. To BBC, Oprah tells:
“It feels like hope won. It feels like there’s a shift in consciousness. It feels like something really big and bold has happened here, like nothing ever in our lifetimes did we expect this to happen.”

George Clooney also broke his silence and release the following statement:
“I congratulate President-elect Obama on his historic victory, and now it’s time to begin unifying the country so we can take on the extraordinary challenges that this generation faces.”

UsherAfter the breaking news told Access Hollywood: “Isn’t this incredible news? Man, this is incredible. It’s so incredible to see that this historical thing has happened, man. Before it was a thought of what happens if he doesn’t win. The public service that went into this and the encouragement that came out of it, it’s just incredible to see it happen.”
