This year so many people could not attend the VIP galas that was hosted by the celebs like John Legend or Lindsay Lohan because of the very high price (roughly $200 to $500) and the bad economy, but celebs did it any way.
At the same time some of them just partied outside as in Time Squares like other people, and some like Taylor Swift, Jonas Brothers and Lady Gaga performed in separate events all around the US. Some like Eva Langoria stayed low keys, as Eva played the hotness at her own restaurant.
Katy Perry hosted the “Gridlock New Year’s Eve” party at Paramount Studios in LA and partied with guests including Seth MacFarlane, Zelda Robinson and Pamela Hasselhoff.
Fergie hosted a NYE party at LAVO at The Palazzo inside the The Venetian Hotel and Casino in Vegas. Her fiance Josh Duhamel, David Spade, Mena Suvari and Carmen Electra were among the guests.
And as Fergie’s New Years resolution, she has told that “It’s always the same: to work out more and eat healthier. I’m trying to go organic, eat more raw.”
Carmen had a party of her own to host TAO nightclub, but gave Fergie’s party a visit.
She then went changed her clothes between the two events, and her beau Rob Patterson accompanied her between the occasions.
And Carman’s New Year resolution: “To have more fun! I was just with Jenny McCarthy not too long ago, and she said, ‘Carmen, life is supposed to be fun.’ And I remembered that, it stayed in my head. And that is my goal.”
Supermodel Molly Sims and Stacy Keibler were at the New Year’s Eve party at Fontainebleau’s LIV nightclub, looking absolutely fab. Also among the guests were Nick Lachey and Mickey Rourke.

Zooey Deschanel has done a lot of TV acting and voice by not so much movie, but in her new movie “Yes Man” she seems to have done a very good job and got good reviews. I was looking at her photos and I notice that she and Katy Perry share a lot of face features and have quite the same hairstyle. The resemblance is very amazing.
Drew Barrymore and Ashlee Simpson also both have changed their hair color to blond and I think they now kinda look alike.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz who were spotted by TMZ crew two times on a row partying at some club, leaving their 20 days old baby at home, are not happy with their newcomer. Apparently they tried to make some cash out by selling their son Bronx Mowgli’s photos to rags, but no luck so far.
P6 reports that :“Pete and Ashlee have approached every single celebrity magazine with offers to sell their first photos, but nobody wants them. Covers of them tend not to sell well.”
Their rep denied it. I say if they don’t care for their baby, and don’t bother spending time with him at home, why should anybody else? They have so much to learn about this business.
Yesterday, Ashlee blogs on her Myspace, saying:
“Hey everyone! I haven’t written in a while, just wanted to write and check in! Motherhood is the most fantastic experience I have ever been thru, Bronx makes me laugh and smile everyday! I finally left the house for Fall Out Boy’s show on Monday night, which was so good. Their new songs sound awesome live, I can’t wait for their new record! And last night I went to Pete and Bronx’s godfather Travis’ artshow. It’s amazing to see how many artistic outlets those boys have! Made me very proud. It was an awesome show and so many of our friends and family came out to support. I hope you guys have a great holiday, I can’t wait to spend it with my new family. Christmas tree goes up tomorrow!”
Yeah! Keep them coming, maybe that changes the business of baby selling to your advantage.

I woke up a bit late today, took my time to have my tea and biscuit, then I went straight to today’s headlines only to find out that one of the most annoying Hollywood couples become parents. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz was pregnant for so long now and it was time to pop it out. Only after the birth people got to know the sex of the baby, since they are very mysterious and all. Well, I guess congratulation specially to her hubby Pete Wentz who just had her first future band member.

The pregnant Ashley Simpson-Wentz had been so annoyed by the media comments on her, getting over-weight, that she actually had to respond on her myspace blog in a very funny way: “My closet full of size 0’s are being worn by Pete right now and he looks hot in them.”
Going from size 0 to 6 is normal for a pregnant Ashley, so leave her alone people and don`t make her cry. Her hormones is enough to drive her crazy right now.
If only celebrities’ babies knew how much drama and publicity there are causing for their mommies.

Ever since the iconic nude picture of 7 months pregnant Demi Moore appeared on the cover of the Vanity Fair in 1991, being pregnant came back into the modern woman’s menu and become something chic and hip.
Just few years ago when some of Hollywood’s favorite couples like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and Kattie Holmes, and Donald and Melania Trump became officially parents, the trend seems to go even upper. Now, it’s like all of sudden everybody in Hollywood wants to make babies.
The baby news are exploding on the media these days. Now, the party scenes, drug abuses, scandals, and even celebrity styles seems to be less important news than the bumps on their bellies and a kid on their laps. The countless news on the pregnancy of some of unmarried couples like adult film star Jenna Jameson and her boyfriend of two years, Jessica Alba and fiance Cash Warren, and celebrities who are second time pregnant like Gwen Stefani with her husband Gavin Rossdale, and also very young pregnant kids like Jamie Lynn Spears with her boyfriend Casey Aldridge, Ashley Simpson with Pete Wentz , plus the spreading rumors on pregnancy of such celebrities like Eva Longoria, Avril Lavign, and Beyonce, along with the countless baby stories including their post-pregnancy check-ups and their trips to the Zoo or restaurants with their babies, are only a part of what seems to bring the baby value not back into people’s life but make it look cool and hip.
What’s going to be a newer trend in say 2 years?
